SLs are a shell option from Razors that proceeded the Genesys skate. It offers a “baseless” design, which is said to be an improvement over the Genesys system.
SLs are available in many colorways and pro editions. SLs come with either Razors or Reign liners, and fit is slightly different for each one. Some liners featured in the SL come in half sizes for a more precise fit.

Definitely run a little big. This is my favourite skate on the market because of the fit for me. I usually wear a 10-10.5 shoe (largely for width) but can size down to an 8 which really improves control. I took away one star because the liners in these skates have gone to shit over the last 10 years. I will almost always swap the liner to a liner that has laces. Because of the larger hard boot, I find you can get a bit of movement in the area above the foot which laces corrects. Otherwise, fantastic park/street boot.
